Ashley Sundquist started her law career in 2017 as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Sharon L. Gleason at the U.S. District Courts - District of Alaska. After leaving the federal court, she worked in private practice at Ashburn & Mason, P.C. on a wide variety of civil matters, including various types of business torts, breach of contract claims, administrative and licensing board appeals, employment discrimination matters, estates and trusts litigation and probate. Ashley also worked as in-house counsel for one of Alaska’s largest telecommunication companies where she drafted and negotiated various multi-million dollar contracts and assisted the company in employment and contract litigation matters. She now focuses her practice primarily on business-related civil legal matters and estates and trust litigation. Her clients include start-ups, operating mid-tier businesses, large corporate entities and individuals needing legal help navigating the probate process after a family member dies.

Ashley was born and raised in Alaska. She has lived and worked in various locations around the country. She commits any time beyond her firm to her husband and three kids and is a board member for the Alaska Institute for Justice (AIJ).
